This position can be performed remotely from Greece, Portugal, Malta, Poland or Germany.
Serve as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions to offer solutions to client issues.
Prepare and facilitate client discovery workshops to collect requirements and understand business challenges while maintaining responsibility for the completion and accuracy of work products.
Translate business needs into compelling and detailed user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria by collaborating closely with clients.
Participate in build activities throughout the project, whilst keeping the client and project stakeholders updated on progress.
Participate in QA and UAT activities.
Stay up-to-date on the latest innovations, trends, and developments around Salesforce to provide the most cutting-edge solutions to clients.
Develop your skills through Salesforce training courses and mentoring.
Conduct relevant research, analyze data, and continuously create reports to improve your proficiency.
Participate in internal initiatives and innovation tasks.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in consulting or relevant industry.
Proven experience in functional requirements gathering for at least 2 years.
At least 2 years of experience with Salesforce Sales, Service, Marketing or Commerce Cloud.
Salesforce certifications are a benefit.
Hands on configuration experience with Salesforce formulas, process builder, flows.
Proactive, can-do attitude and a mind designed for problem-solving.
Capable of working in a remote team.
Experience with industry clouds such as Consumer Goods Cloud or Non Profit Cloud are considered a benefit.
English language skill is a must.
