Why we are looking for support
We are looking for a Salesforce Consultant & Business Analyst (m/f/d) to strengthen our CRM Practice.
This position can be performed remotely from Greece, Portugal, Malta, Poland or Germany. ​
Your tasks
  • Collaborate with clients to analyse business requirements, user stories and future needs.
  • Prepare and facilitate client discovery workshops to collect requirements and understand business challenges while maintaining responsibility for the completion and accuracy of work products.
  • Document workshop material, build process maps and write detailed user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
  • Participation in all project lifecycle stages, including functional build activities, QA, UAT and deployment. 
  • Configure salesforce flows, validation rules and formulas among other.
  • Communicate clear requirements to Developers or Technical Consultants for custom development.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest innovations, trends, and developments around Salesforce to provide the most cutting-edge solutions to clients.
  • Develop your skills through Salesforce training courses and mentoring.
  • Participate in solution design activities, by propose solutions for business process automation, enhanced user experience, and data structure.
  • Participate in internal initiatives and innovation tasks.
  • Participate in sales activities, including conducting discoveries,  executing demos, and preparation of proposal response.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in consulting.

  • Proven experience in functional requirements gathering for at least 2 years.

  • Minimum of 2 years experience working with Consumer Goods Clients. 

  • At least 3 years of experience with Salesforce Sales, Service, B2C Commerce or B2B Commerce Cloud. Marketing Cloud experience on top is considered an added benefit. 

  • Salesforce certifications are a benefit.

  • Hands on configuration experience with Salesforce formulas, process builder, flows.

  • Proactive, can-do attitude and a mind designed for problem-solving.

  • Capable of working in a remote team.

  • Experience with industry clouds such as Consumer Goods Cloud are considered a benefit.

  • Experience in Project Management or SCRUM is considered a benefit. 

  • English language skill is a must.

  • Language skills are considered a benefit, preferred German. 

  • Candidate must be based in Greece, Portugal or Germany.
